The baby bird, the lion, and the puppet aren’t just characters meant to entertain children. These provocative names are part of the new growing craze in health and beauty. Along with positions named after Hollywood greats Marilyn and Jim Carrey who have the look celebrity watchers crave. These names have been given, in addition to a slew of other references to bumblebees, smiling fish and the prom queen.

While these names may sound like a strange cast in a child’s fairytale in which animals, insects, and cultural icons roam an imaginary land of happiness, it is actually a new workout routine finding it is footing all over the country.

A new trend is making exercise as routine as putting on makeup in the morning and it is taking shape in yoga studios, anti wrinkle aging clinics, and homes across the country: Face Yoga

Face Yoga Pucker Dermapril Cream

Look celebrity chic with posses named after Hollywood icons. Youthful glow and smooth skin are no longer limited to the residents of Tinsel Town.

According to “The Yoga Face” author Annelise Hagen, Face Yoga is helping people rid themselves of wrinkles, lines, and sagging skin. She says using the basic principals of movement and exercise will tighten and tone aging skin that has started to loose the elasticity of youth and is resistant to most aging anti creams.  Anti wrinkle aging advocates are falling head over heals for the practice.  She has dubbed the facial exercises accomplishing tighter and more youthful looking skin with clever names such as The Satchmo (a nickname belonging to jazz great Louis Armstrong, where you emulate his puffed checks, tight lipped way of playing trumpet) and The Fish Face, which pulls cheeks in tight as you purse your lips like a fish. With catchy titles like these, it comes as no surprise how fast this new yoga discipline is taking off in yoga classes, skin beauty centers, and suburbs across the country.

The way it works is simple: muscles are contracting and releasing through a system of yoga-inspired movements. By doing these exercises the muscles underneath the skin are getting tighter and bigger.  This helps to get anti wrinkle aging processes moving forward.  Once the muscle conditioning is through, the tendency of the skin around the muscle is to appear fuller and plumper, thus reducing lines and wrinkles.

Hagen says one pose, The Prom Queen, is derived from yoga and is good for focusing on pesky crow’s feet and lines near the lips. This is something that most anti wrinkle cream eye moisturizers fail to achieve.  To do this pose, start by thinking that the corners of your mouth are arrows aiming themselves at the ears, then start smiling up toward the eyes. Doing this works the risorius and zygomaticus muscles in face. The stretching should be felt in the lips and cheeks. Try holding the pose for 5-10 seconds per repetition for better results. For an added test of strength, try opening your eyes very wide to help reduce crow’s feet lines.

The muscles being worked are at the heart of face yoga’s effectiveness at developing skin beauty. They are also linked to age-defying cosmetics that aim to correct the signs of aging like fine lines and wrinkles. One proven cream is Dermapril-Sp, which is applied to and works on the same areas that Face Yoga is battling. Together, these two make powerful allies in the war on wrinkles and skin beauty regression.

People participating in these classes want to see results unobtainable unless through other means like plastic surgery or Botox. What they soon find out is doing these exercises actually works like surgery without the recovery time and pain. Studies have shown that when a muscle is working repetitively, over time it acts younger by producing more collagen and elastin than an unprovoked, weak muscle. Combined with new skin elasticity and fuller, sculpted muscle under the skin due to the advanced anti wrinkle aging techniques, Face Yoga is scaring plastic surgeons with its momentum and easy-to-apply techniques.

   Face Yoga Neck Stretch

Face yoga techniques work the jaw and neck to help tighten skin and keep your complexion smooth and taut.

While Face Yoga is bewildering plastic surgeonswho slick and tuck faces to look celebrity fresh, cosmetic scientists are seeing this as a useful tool to maximize their products respective effectiveness. Putting on makeup and anti-aging serums employs some of the same techniques as described by Face Yoga.

In conjunction to the similar application techniques, a breakthrough cosmetic complex, Matrixyl 3000, benefits from Face Yoga as well, using glycol-proteins that bind to the new collagen that is produced during Face Yoga exercises. Because Face Yoga is on the cutting edge, Dermapril-Sp is the only cream known to contain this powerful protein complex. Dermapril-SP is the cream skin wrinkle enthusiasts have been raving about.

One exercise, The Puppet Face, mimics the act of putting on a moisturizer or anti-aging creams, like Dermapril-Sp, by having participants place their fingertips and hands on their cheekbones, then pressing up to add resistance.  This enhances the anti wrinkle aging properties of Dermapril-SP.

In Face Yoga, the hands are responsible for practicing a skincare aging reduction technique called mudra. Face Yoga instructors are using the healing and meditative properties of mudra to seal in energy and youthful spirit. Mudra comes from Hindu practices using fingers and hands to encourage energy and spirituality and help anti wrinkle aging signs.

Yoga has been used as a source of mediation and relaxation for centuries, yet modern women have been unknowingly doing Face Yoga for years if they are taking care of their face. Using a wrinkle-fighting productor aging anti creams, like Dermapril-Sp, requires placing the hands on the face and relaxing and massaging muscles, much like the look celebrity icons are posed after in Face Yoga.

Hagen recommends the best time to do Face Yoga poses is either in the morning or evening during the time when people normally apply anti-creams, lotions, and moisturizers. Putting on anti-aging creams, anti creams, and lotions after Face Yoga is beneficial because exercising facial muscles will cause toxins and natural oils to be released from the skin. Other benefits occurring during repeated repetitions of face yoga exercises are glowing skin tone and improved complexion due to increasing the oxygen intake and blood flow, and the look celebrity photographers see as skin beauty.

Some products respond better than other when using these techniques, like the cream skin wrinkle dermatologists love - Dermapril-Sp, because they contain a special blend of skincare aging ingredients designed to penetrate deep into the skin during poses like The Marionette, which places the hands and fingertips on the face and requires resistance being made by the hands, similar to the way that Dermapril-Sp is applied.

Face Yoga Hand Massage

Using upward motions while applying anti-creams, like Dermapril-SP, helps avoid the downward tug that gravity has on our skin.

So it may feel odd puckering up like a fish or mimicking Jim Carrey’s rubberface, but the skincare aging techniques used in Face Yoga are proving beneficial to many seeking non surgical results. When you walk down the street people will shout, "Look, Celebrity!" and not know the anti wrikle aging secret that keeps you looking fresh, young, and chic.

Face Yoga is on the rise because anyone of any age can do these poses and because no equipment or anti wrinkle aging expert ability is needed- other than a mirror and the capacity to keep from thinking how silly you look in your pursuit to look celebrity young.
